The hardest part of my morning is 5:55am.

That’s when my alarm goes off. The next 10 minutes are a flurry of

  • Brush teeth

  • Put on tights, socks, sweatshirt, ski gaiter, hat, coat, sneakers, gloves

  • Call Uber.

  • Get to my weightlifting class—breathless— by 6:20am

If I think about it too much, I would never get out the door.
