1. I put it into Claude.ai to analyze it.
2. It identified a common problem (delivering bad news)
3. It presented a clear solution (the framework)
4. It shared a real world application of the framework
5. It offered practical language that can be used immediately
6. It offered links to additional resources
Then
7. I recorded this video for you on my Sony EV-Z10 camera
8. I used my ring light (and natural light)
9. Uploaded it to Movavi to edit
10. Uploaded the final video to Opus.pro for captions
11. Wrote this summary
12. Uploaded it to LinkedIn
